Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Changes to these Terms of Service will be effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to users through our platform or email when possible. We may revise course content to reflect current best practices in leadership development, team management, and organizational psychology. New features related to delegation techniques or multicultural team leadership instruction may be added or removed without notice. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance for future purchases. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from modifications to our services or terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Our commitment is to continuously improve educational quality while maintaining transparent communication with our learner community.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. You agree to attempt informal resolution of disputes before pursuing formal legal action. We encourage users to contact us to resolve any concerns or disagreements. If formal proceedings become necessary, both parties agree to arbitration as the preferred method of dispute resolution, which may be faster and more cost-effective than litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted according to rules established by relevant Singapore arbitration bodies. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation. These dispute resolution provisions do not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.
